Lot composed of six 500-mm bottles of Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced by Azienda Agricola SCYAVURU, SICILY - ITALY.
The extra virgin oil is made from olives of the BIANCOLILLA variety harvested before full ripening, processed in a three-phase mill. The Biancolila cultivar gives rise to a very fine and delicate extra virgin olive oil, with hints of tomato leaf.
The oil is left to decant in stainless steel silos and once it becomes clear, it is bottled.
Best pairings: to be used in the preparation of toasts and appetizers, to season soups, fish and various types of salads and in the various preparations of first and second dishes.
