Acetaia Cattani is located in Modena in a historical building, along Emilia Est Street in the heart of the ancient D’Este domains. This area is recognized by historians as the best for the production of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena for geological, climatic and cultural conditions.
These six 250-ml bottles of Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP, five year old, is the result of the expertise and experience of Giuseppe Cattani, heir to the secrets of the ancient family and the passage of time. In a harmonious interweaving of delicate flavours, the typical aromas and scents are offered to the palate, revealing the sophistication of a slow maturation in fine wood barrels.
It is a product with 6% acidity whose raw material of first derivation is the Trebbiano grapes of Spain, very suitable for the high index between sweetness and acidity. For this reason, in addition to the years of maturation, it can be the base both for a salty cooking but also for sweets in general.
