El Dorado Rare Collection Enmore 1997 is a brown-colored rum from Guyana. On the nose, intense and spicy aromas of baked apples are accompanied by cinnamon and creamy vanilla, liquorice with the light notes of smoke give the finish to the aroma. Its taste comes from sweet spices together with a hint of oak, fresh citrus fruits with hazelnut add the undertone to the taste. The aftertaste is warm and flavorful from all the ingredients this rum has to offer.
