Brawa H0 - 6310 - Accessories - "Standseilbahn" with mountain and valley station.
This Brawa funicular is a replica of the "Stuttgarter Seilbahn" from Heslach to Waldfriedhof with a length of 120 cm. In this shape (i.e. with mountain and valley station) extremely rarely offered. The original packaging has been adapted in such a way that the built stations also fit in.
The basic technology of the cable car is impressive: the two vehicles "meet" each other in the middle and automatically avoid each other via the so-called "Abbot switch". This allows two vehicles to commute on one track. With an accompanying cable guide and the special roll structure under the two vehicles, they "recognize" their intended route at the beginning of the side track while only a single cable acts as a towing and tensioning cable on each vehicle.
Both vehicles are illuminated while driving! The tension cable described above in more detail also has the function of light guide.
Thanks to a special contact in the drive station on the mountainside, the cable car automatically switches to return mode. It automatically switches between ascent and descent in shuttle traffic.
The wooden base is divided into 2 pieces for transport-technical reasons and can be easily repaired (with metal strip/glue o.i.d.).
The set is in very good condition and also very suitable for a Christmas emplacement. With assembly manual.
The motor of the funicular railway has been tested and is working; signal box 7242 does not belong to the lot.
Please see the photos for an accurate impression of this lot.
