Heavy Bavarian cuirassier’s pallasch with a solid, four-bar brass hilt. The handle is covered with leather, wrapped with brass wire, and has signs of wear and tear. Solid wedge blade with a double groove on both sides. The point is on the line of the blade. The blade has blotches commensurate with age, not deep, smooth texture, slightly rougher towards the point, yet in a good condition. Ground blade with occasional minor nicks. Solid iron scabbard with two ring bands and suspension loops. The scabbard mouth is screwed, has signs of age and wear and tear. Smooth texture, minor dents, stamped with troop stamp. The pallasch is in a good, used condition. A truly stunning piece.
The somewhat higher shipping costs are a result of its excessive length.
