Fine example of Ancient Terracotta oil lamp featuring central filling hole, short nozzle and decorated perimeter. These lamps would be filled with oil, have a wick placed inside and used to provide a source of light. Size: L:85mm / W:55mm ; 65g Good Condition. Provenance: Obtained from a B.C.F; previously in a collection formed in 1970s then passed by descent. All Items sold by Pax Romana Auctions come with a professional Certificate of Authenticity.
